Thank you for your interest in being a guest on the Going Mach 5 Podcast. As part of the onboarding process, there are five prime directives:

1. The session will last about 1-3 hours with about 1-2 hours of actual recording time. Please be on time and communicate if you’re running late or have any other concerns.

2. Water will be provided, but feel free to bring any beverage of your choice, including alcohol. Snacks will also be provided if requested beforehand.

3. After recording, if there is anything you would like removed from the episode, let us know before the episode is published. Episodes are not currently streamed live.

4. Foul language is permitted. YouTube versions will be lightly censored. All remaining platforms will not. The podcast can be found on Spotify, Amazon Music, Audible, YouTube, and Apple podcasts.

5. The podcast is multi-camera so there will be a camera fixated on you at all times. When speaking, keep the microphone about a fist-length away from your face.
